Your Visit


To ensure that you derive the maximum benefit from your time, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment, especially if this is your first time visiting us. Appointments begin promptly. Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the allotted appointment time only. You are invited to use our wonderful shower facilities and relax in one of the cozy lounges before and after your services.


In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off prior to entering the spa. We adore children and pets; however, to ensure a relaxing and serene experience for all guests, we ask that you neither bring children nor pets to the spa. Additionally, we do not provide alcohol and smoking is not permitted. Lockers are provided for your convenience.


We accept any unopened retail product return for store credit. However, the return must be done within 30 days of purchase from Agua Azul. All Mannatech products have a 180 day (6 month) guarantee.


All of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort and therapeutic satisfaction at all times. If you have any special requests or needs, please discuss with the concierge while scheduling your appointment. During your visit, please communicate with your technician to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs. Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments, high blood pressure, pregnancies or other disabilities.


We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your massage. However, undergarments may be worn if preferred.


Advance reservations are strongly recommended; however, in most cases we can accommodate same day appointments. Please contact one of our spa concierges to schedule an appointment. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.


Because the scheduled appointments have been reserved especially for you, kindly provide a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and no shows for services $30 or less will be charged in full. Late cancellations and no shows for services exceeding $30 will be charged 50% of their service.
