Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. The ambience of the treatment rooms is soothing and relaxing. The pedicures are fantastic and last a long time. Highly recommend to anyone for a fun girls day out. Also very accommodating when an appointment needed to be rescheduled at the last minute.

I along with two of my co-workers were treated to a day at your spa, and we had the best time. We were so appreciative of the staff, and the environment that surrounded us. I have never experienced a day of luxury as I did at your spa.
I want to thank all the ladies for their pampering skills.....and I do mean SKILLS!!!!! It's all in the name "Agua Azul Oasis" and what an oasis of relaxation and pamering it is! The experience was so amazing that I dream about it at night, and cannot wait for the next time I can walk into the oasis of perfection and relaxation.
Personally, I felt soooooo relaxed that I went home and passed out quite early- around 6:30pm!!!! We felt spoiled and cannot wait to experience your spa again.

I wanted to write this letter to tell you how thoroughly pleased I was with the service my boyfriend and I received from a couple of your staff members.
As a birthday gift, I made my boyfriend do a scavenger hunt around town, eventually ending up at Agua Azul for an hour massage. I dealt with your spa manager on the phone and she couldn't have been more pleasant. She was extremely kind and courteous while setting up the appointment. When I went into Agua Azul right before he arrived, she showed me around the building and walked me through what you were all going to do for him when he arrived. Your spa manager taking the time to do that for me had a lasting impression and goes to show how serious your business takes customer service.
My boyfriend had never had a professional massage before. When he arrived home, the first thing out of his mouth as "WOW..I'll definitely be going in again." He was very pleased with the Massage Therapist and how comfortable he was made to feel.
All in all, good job Agua Azul! Keep up the outstanding work.

Since puberty I have struggled with shaving. My hair was dark and course and grew very fast. Every time I shaved I got ingrown hairs, razor burn and dark shadows. It was almost better not to shave. In fact, I would have to plan to grow out the hair and shave when it was most important to me. It has been a pain and an embarrassment for about ten years. Once I had a consultation and saw other recipient's results I couldn't resist. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life! The shadows are gone, the hair follicles aren't even there anymore and I never have to shave! I have never been so smooth and confident before. It gave me that extra femininity that I was searching for. Along with the amazing results, the staff makes the experience comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend this to anyone; male or female. It's a decision that will change your life.
